It is not necessary to join the website in order to receive Announcements by email.  Owners and their tenants may request to be added to the website email distribution list. Click on the left menu Contact Site Adm link.  Send an email requesting to be added to email distribution. Only Owners may 'join' the website, because certain information such as minutes is access-controlled.  Joining will allow an Owner to read minutes and other non-public documents.  Click on the left menu Contact Site Adm link.  Send an email requesting instructions to join.  You will be provided a system password and instructions by return email.  

BOARD meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month. The Board will be meeting by Zoom teleconference unless otherwise notified.  The zoom meeting links will be posted at least 3 days prior to the meeting.  Board meetings are when the Directors conduct the business of the Association which is a non-profit corporation.  The regular meetings at 6:30 pm are open to Owners to attend, but Owners do not participate in the decision-making process.  There is always an Owner's Forum at the start of the regular meeting when Owners may bring up issues or concerns.  To ensure the confidentiality of individual owners, the Board meets at 5:30 in Executive Session to review delinquent accounts and compliance violations, and to hold due process compliance hearings as needed.  Decisions are made and recorded in the open meeting.

Welcome to our community website!

This site provides a mechanism for sending announcements to the community, and for providing information. This is NOT the Property Management website for reporting condo maintenance or management issues.  (See Property Management menu tab for that contact information.)

  • Non-owners (tenants) can receive email announcement, but they cannot "join" the website or access the HOA information secure pages such as the CC&Rs and the Minutes. 
  • Owners can keep their own contact information up-to-date, but that information is never visible to other Owners.  Only the site administrator can see contact information. Updated information on this website, does not update it with Port Gardner.
  • Once Owners have joined the site, the Site Administrator (aka. webmaster) will be able to send emails to the entire community.  This will help us ensure everyone is informed about what's going on in our buildings. 
  • The site administrator can also post documents and photos, set up events, and take surveys.  If you are an Owner, please take the time to join.
  • Joining requires permission and a system password issued by the site administrator.  Once the system password is entered, the Owner may set up their profile using their email address and a unique password.  Once loaded, the email and unique password are used for re-entry.

Please note, this free website tool was designed for use by school groups planning reunions.  It has been adapted for our use, but some of the fields in the profile page (like maiden name and birthday) could not be overridden so please just ignore them. Thanks!
