Parking Garages

There are two levels of assigned indoor parking on the P1 and P2 levels.   (see Declarations 8.3, 8.5., 8.6, 10.2 and House Rules 5.5)

All parking stalls were deeded to the units by the developer upon conversion to a Condominium. There are no extra unassigned parking spaces. 

  • Owners may not 'trade' parking spaces or other limited common elements, except as outlined in 8.3 of the governing documents, which requires Board approval and an amendment of Schedule C of the Declarations.  
  • Parking spaces may be rented or leased in accordance with 8.6, which requires notification to the Board in advance of the lease agreement as well as certain other requirements.  
  • Parking spaces may only be used for operable cars and motorcycles.  Recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, campers, or oversize trucks are prohibited.
  • Parking spaces may not be used for storing personal items such as tires, toolboxes, bikes, etc.
