Washington Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA) RCW 64.90  This legislation applies to all communities created after July 1, 2018, and will apply to all Washington communities after January 1 of 2028.  Certain sections apply to all communities as of July 1, 2018.  Those are the budget ratification section 64.90.525 and the Reserve Study section 64.90.545.  Community Associations may opt-in to the new Act at any time by following the steps in 64.90.095.
