Parking Garages

Parking Garages (see Declarations 8.3, 8.5., 8.6, 10.2 and House Rules 5.5)

Parking stalls were assigned to each property by the developer upon conversion to a Condominium. There are no extra unassigned parking spaces. 

  • Owners may not 'trade' parking spaces or other limited common elements, except as outlined in 8.3 of the governing documents, which requires Board approval and an amendment of Schedule C of the Declarations.  
  • Parking spaces may be rented or leased in accordance with 8.6, which requires notification to the Board in advance of the lease agreement as well as certain other requirements.  
  • Parking spaces may only be used for operable cars and motorcycles.  Recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, campers, or oversize trucks are prohibited
