Exterior Door Hardware needs to conform to the rest of the building.

Stainless Combination deadbolts and small doorbell type cameras may be installed without permission of the board as long as they conform with the examples shown in the Door Hardware policy.  Cameras need to be affixed without using screws or nails in the door.  When in doubt, please ask for guidance.
